Return Policy
Returns due to manufacturing defects must be accompanied by original receipt and packaging. Returns are to be sent, postage paid, to: Io DuPont, Inc.; 1401 W. Idaho St.; Boise, ID, 83702. Included with the return should be a written request for replacement or refund.
